To make a cake, you don’t have to stand at the stove for hours, baking biscuits and cakes and preparing a complex cream. A delicious and simple cake can be made from the most common products – sour cream and cookies, probably these products can be found in every home! You can add fruits or nuts to taste. This quick cake without baking will become your favorite dessert.
Cake without baking:
- sour cream 20% – 350 g;
- sugar – 100 g;
- cocoa powder – 30 g;
- walnuts for decoration (optional).
Place sour cream, sugar and cocoa in a large bowl. Beat the cream with a whisk or mixer until all the sugar dissolves.
Cover the form with cling film so that the dessert is easy to get out. Put a layer of cookies on the bottom. Then grease with cream. Alternate until the ingredients are gone. The cookies should be on top – grease them with a thin layer of cream. Leave some cream and cookies to decorate the cake.
Cover the desserts with film on top and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that the no-bake cake is soaked and softened.
Carefully remove the dessert from the mold using film. Place on a flat plate. Grease the remaining cream on the sides and sprinkle with crumbled cookies. Sprinkle nuts on top.
Put the finished no-bake cake made of cookies and sour cream back in the refrigerator and keep there until serving.
